Founder of Metamorphosis
With over 13 years of experience in Case Management and Rehabilitation in Human Services in San Diego County, Susie Young is passionate about helping thousands of people throughout her career by connecting them to services including: physical and mental health, social services, disaster response, crisis support, habilitative services, and rehabilitation within the community.
Susie has served individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds in San Diego County, providing housing assistance and basic services to veterans, including application assistance for basic resources in financial assistance, medical care, crisis intervention, and food assistance through the San Diego County Health and Human Services Family Resource Center.
She has also assisted offenders as a lead counselor contracted by the Division of Rehabilitative Programs (DRP) and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). Susie taught evidence-based treatment programs at all levels of the prison system, including: Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI), Treatment Readiness, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Criminal Thinking, Anger Management, Victim Impact, Denial Management, and Parenting for the Long-Term Offender Program. This program helps lifers and long-term offenders recognize their lifestyle history, factors, and causative factors impacting their lives.
Susie holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix San Diego Campus. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Upsilon Phi Delta national honor society, and Women in Health Administration of Southern California.
Her career includes key roles with organizations such as 2-1-1 San Diego, Vietnam Vets of San Diego, Amity Foundation Vista Ranch, Division of Rehabilitative Programs, California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation, Social Security Administration, and Department of Veteran Affairs. As a seasoned counselor, Susie is excited for the opportunity to provide assistance with basic needs, counseling, and rehabilitative services for the State of Texas.

President of Metamorphosis
Natasha Young has been serving the public for over 20 years. She provides a strong work ethic and professionalism that adheres to an organization’s mission to establish a successful foundation in project management; and has overseen daily operations for multi-detention facilities in San Diego County. She has taught General Education for the Youth Programs with the San Diego County Court and Community Schools assisting them with obtaining their High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Ms. Young has worked side by side with several nonprofit organizations to assist the young adult population with training and employment opportunities.
Natasha obtains experience in Human Resource management processing, new hires, exit interviews, benefits, payroll, and audits. She also has skills in different types of software that assist with recording and tracking personnel information.
Her career includes many years of working with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, Juvenile Court, and Community Schools, PETCO National Support Center, San Diego Youth @ Work. Natasha is currently attending National University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Business.
Natasha is an upscaled professional in Leadership and Management, and she is enthused to provide her expertise knowledge, skills, and experience in launching and expanding public safety and human services for the state of Texas.

proven track record of driving growth, building lasting relationships, and fostering innovation.
Throughout her career, she has excelled in cultivating partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and
expanding profit channels by establishing trust and delivering results.
Adria holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Colorado Technical
University, along with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State
University. She is currently pursuing a Certificate in Renewable Energy from the University of Colorado
Boulder, committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
Her career journey spans key roles with respected organizations including Emerson Electric, ABB,
Siemens Industry, Raytheon, and Entergy. She is recognized for the exceptional ability to initiate early
involvement with target customers, influence specifications, and drive the acceptance of services and
products.
